Your appointment is especially reserved for you. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment so that the next guest is not delayed.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.  If we receive less than 24 hours’ notice then 100% of your booked treatment will be charged, this includes Gift Vouchers. Rescheduled appointments on the same day, subject to availability, will not incur a charge. If your rescheduled appointment is carried over by 48 hours you will incur a 50% charge of your treatment. A ‘no show’ appointment will automatically incur 100% of the treatment charge.

Group bookings require a 50% deposit at time of booking and is non-refundable. Spa Packages require a 50% deposit at time of booking and is non-refundable. We are more than happy to try and re-accommodate where possible. Please contact our reception team on 4229 5851 if you require additional information or would like to change your treatment.

Sunday treatments must be paid in full 1 week prior to the booking.

All appointments over 1hr in duration require a Valid Credit card number including expiry and ccv to hold and confirm your booking.

“Certificates” “Gift Certificates” “Vouchers” & Gift Vouchers mean the same.

Gift Certificate T’s & C’s

Your Gift Certificate is redeemable within 3 months of the purchase and can be exchanged for any treatment of the same value, or you can upgrade by paying extra –  As payment we accept cash, Eftpos, Visa, and Mastercard.

To redeem your Certificate you must present it at the time of your appointment.

You cannot redeem your Certificate for cash, or use it on a Public Holiday or Sundays. It cannot be replaced if lost, so make sure you store it somewhere safe.

While we endeavor to keep the web site and pricelists up to date, management reserves the right to change treatments and prices from time to time and without notice.

In the interest of our clients, prior to any treatments a consultation form must be completed. Please disclose any medical condition, injuries and/or prescription medication you are taking as some services and/or products may be contra-indicated.

Please arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment as late arrival may reduce your treatment time.

In the interest of other spa guests, please turn mobile phones off or to a silent ring tone.

Please leave valuables at home as we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for injectables.
